What wasn't working

I'd posted the same idea three weeks earlier and it did nothing. Same footage, same edit, same caption energy. The only thing that changed was the first line.

What I changed

01Rewrote the opener from a statement into an open loop
02Moved the payoff from 0:22 to 0:11 to hold the drop-off cliff
03Cut the intro card entirely — the first frame is now a face mid-sentence

What happened

2.1M views, 41K saves, and roughly 9,000 new followers over eleven days. The save rate is the number I actually care about.
